History

2016Foundation

Antón Fernández founds the company Mariscos Antón Fernández SL. In December, the Depuradora de Mariscos Antón e Hijos (Abelleira) opens its doors.

2017–2019Farming

We grow our presence in mussel farming through the acquisition of bateas and new commercial agreements.

2020Consolidation

Alliance with OPMEGA We sign the commercial agreement with OPMEGA, the largest association of mussel producers in Galicia.
Mediterranean origin We guarantee the Mediterranean origin with the Depuradora Cultius Marins del Delta de l'Ebre (Tarragona) and the farming of Valencian clóchina (Valencia).
Own cooking plant Vertical integration: we incorporate the «Paquito» cooking plant, now Mejillones Sabor de Mar (Boiro).
